Only defective merchandise within this time period w be considered for returns; exchanges will be made sparingly, for extenuating circumstances. CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THIS INCLUDES MADE-T0-ORDER PRODUCTS THAT ARE BLEACHED OR PAINTED. *Bleached and distressed pieces will distress (fraying, holes, etc.) over time, especially after washing. This is considered a creative feature and these products cannot be classified as defective.
