Up... and Grateful.

Just wanna express my gratitude. I am so grateful to be able to spend each and every day with my children and loved ones. I'm grateful to have a roof over my head, bills in my name, a car that I can drive, a good job, credit that I can establish, taking trips whenever I want to, and talking on the phone to the ones I love and care about. I know I should be thanking God each and every day but sometimes I forget. Today 14 years ago, I was incarcerated and left the ones I care about the most. Each and every day I push harder to do any and everything to support my family. I will not leave nor abandon them again. It's been 1.5 years since I've been out and on my own. I continuously strive to do better. Thank you to God and the ones who never gave up on me.
