Denim Rehabilitation
Workshop
This group is dedicated to using upcycled fashion as a coping tool. This group encourages participants to creatively transform old clothing, especially denim, into something new, reflecting their personal growth, recovery, and journey toward healing. I believe that through this process, participants can reclaim their sense of identity and build confidence, while processing difficult emotions and life experiences.

The focus is not just on the clothes, it's on the healing that happens while upcycling. This space is about embracing the past, recognizing your resilience, and sharing your story with others who understand. I aim to cultivate a sense of belonging and connection among those who have gone through similar struggles, helping them to feel supported and empowered. I aim to provide a healthy, unorthodox way to cope with stress and emotions, offering participants both creative expression and a renewed sense of purpose. Join us… you're NOT alone on this journey.

"Fashion Saved My Life"
Group
This group is dedicated to open, honest discussions about the intersection of fashion, mental health, and addiction. In this group, we will dive deep into the experiences of facing microaggressions, societal pressures, and the stigmas surrounding mental health and addiction.
My mission is to provide a safe space for individuals to share their stories, find solidarity, and discuss the challenges of navigating these expectations while managing mental health and addiction. By connecting fashion with healing, I hope to show how personal expression and self-identity can play a role in recovery. Through these conversations, I aim to break down harmful stereotypes and offer a supportive community where vulnerability is met with understanding, not judgment. Embracing who we truly are, without the filters and expectations placed on us, can be a powerful step in healing.
